Systems Engineer (Service Now)

System Engineer needed for a long term contract opportunity with SOC's client to work onsite in Herndon, VA .

*Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly is required to be considered for this position!*

Required skills:

• 11 years relevant experience

The ServiceNow Systems Engineer will directly support the division requirements within the following areas:

• Designing and developing solutions that leverage ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITBM, and Knowledge
• Evaluating the existing systems and propose recommendations (including software development, integration and test)
• Communicating effectively with technical and managerial staff to answer questions relating to the developed requirements
• Performing System Engineering as needed to maximize efficiencies

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline
• System Engineering experience with demonstrated ServiceNow implementation/integration experience
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM toolset and integrations
• Design and develop product and service catalog solutions that take full advantage of the ServiceNow modules
• Utilize the ServiceNow out-of-the-box automation and integration capabilities to develop division solutions
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - ITSM
• Certified Application Developer
• Micro Certification/CAS - Performance Analytics
• MC Service Portal
