Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team to support systems/specialty engineers in defining requirements, conducting analyses, and managing data. You will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing reliability data, performing failure analysis, and recommending methods for assessing maintainability characteristics. Additionally, you will coordinate certification and regulatory proposals, develop certification processes, and provide technical support across system engineering activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining requirements and developing trade studies
- Gather, track, and analyze reliability, maintainability, and health monitoring data
- Conduct failure analysis and corrective action planning
- Evaluate methods for assessing design maintainability characteristics
- Coordinate the development of certification and aviation regulatory proposals
- Develop and implement certification processes, tools, and procedures
- Provide technical support to system engineering activities
- Coach and mentor team members
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Knowledge of certification processes
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Engineering or related field required
