Summary

The Systems Manager-Epic Resolute Applications will manage, support, and implement Epic applications (Resolute HB & PB) and other third party applications for Hospital Sisters Health System. Oversees departmental systems implementation from planning through activation and provides post-implementation support. Responsible for managing the coordination and support between the Epic hospital and professional billing teams and other Information Technology Services (ITS) departments as well as between the System and local ministries.

This role is 100% remote in our remote-eligible states. We are accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NV, TN, TX, OH, WA, or WI.

Qualifications

Education QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Healthcare, or related field is required. High School diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of relevant experience in information technology, healthcare, or management related fields may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience QualificationsFive (5) years of information technology or healthcare experience is required with a focus in Hospital and Professional billing applications and understanding. (This experience level is required in addition to the experience that would be required in lieu of education if colleague does not meet bachelor's degree requirement). Three (3) years of supervisory experience is required. Three (3) years of progressively more responsible leadership experience (i.e., team lead, mentor, project lead, etc.) may be considered in lieu of formal supervisory experience. Certifications, Licenses and RegistrationsEpic certification is preferred in Resolute HB or Resolute PB.
