This position provides CCI with a comprehensive set of technical support services including management and security of the college server and storage infrastructure.

Primary Purpose of Position
This position provides CCI with a comprehensive set of technical support services including management and security of the college server and storage infrastructure.
Summary of Position Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, manage, and monitor server and storage infrastructure for CCI research and teaching.
- Investigate, recommend, implement, and enhance hardware and software technologies used by College research teams.
- Identify and implement processes and procedures to improve performance and automate tasks.
- Manage cloud-based services as needed for research and teaching projects.
- Assist with the creation and periodic testing of CCI disaster recovery processes and procedures.
- Acts as a technical liaison with OneIT Infrastructure teams
- Bachelor's degree and
- Three years of system administration experience.
- Expertise in multiple Linux OS environments including Ubuntu, RHEL , and CentOS.
- Expertise in Windows server environments.
