The Tableau Developer for the CRM team will be working on field sales performance reporting, sales pipeline and commercial field-oriented reporting and other strategic sales initiatives. The team is dabbling into omnichannel and other initiatives that will help to increase market share and converting customers. In this Agile environment, this Developer will be involved in sprints every two weeks. Depending on the time of year, they will also be upgrading the Tableau server/environment. This person will be working with tableau desktop, tableau server, and tableau prep. Every two weeks they will be given a piece to develop where they will understand business requirements, building within Tableau, and presenting the end result of what they have put together those two weeks and will be. They will also be involved in Tableau sever authentication and single sign on. This is a technical hands-on role, and we are looking for a sharp candidate who is eager to learn and grow. Required Skills & Experience

* 1-2 year's experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Prep Builder), in the future Tableau Prep Conductor

* 1-2 years of experience with SQL - to clean and prep data for analysis

* Experience developing dashboards in Tableau

* Bachelor's degree required (computer science, systems administration, business administration, or anything computer related)

* Eagerness to learn and try new things -- solution based mindset

* Excellent communication and personable

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience with redshift and oracle databases

* Experience with commercial data understanding forecasts

* Tableau platform security: authentication, authorization, network & data security

* Internship or Co-op experience
