This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn the foundations of recruiting within the aerospace and defense technology industry. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruiting process, from candidate outreach to client interaction. This internship offers the opportunity to learn full-cycle recruiting from sourcing, candidate relationship management and in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The intern will assist with managing the pre-onboarding process, support communication across departments, and help ensure that all new hires have the resources they need to succeed from day one. Responsibilities YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES This internship provides students the opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition team where you will have the opportunity to: Conduct outreach to potential candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms. Support the recruitment process, including strategy meetings, sourcing, and candidate screening. Develop talent intellegence labor market analytics reports. Contribute to building and maintaining talent pipelines in the candidate relationship Management (CRM) system. Work with branding team to ensure all talent acquisition platforms are aligned with the business integration plans. Help develop sourcing strategies to find and attract top talent. Participate in client meetings to understand their hiring needs and expectations. Assist with the organization and management of candidate pipelines. Support the recruitment team in meeting deadlines and KPIs. Qualifications HOW TO SUCCEED To join us you'll need: Minimum Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field. Results-oriented, operational mindset with passion in process improvement and project management. Strong interpersonal skills; a team player and great communicator. This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license). We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas. Salary Range: Talent Acquisition Intern: $19/hr - $23/hr. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
