Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

• Utilize your extensive knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, designing and executing selection processes and behavioral interviewing
• Evaluate recruitment trends and job market dynamics to create and implement effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent
• Employ critical thinking and decision-making skills to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships based on trust, integrity and commitment with teammates, hiring leaders and stakeholders through frequent interaction and effective collaboration

Talent Acquisition Specialist Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience
• Significant knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes; clinical experience recruited
• Ability to evaluate trends in recruitment and the job market to develop effective strategies
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare talent acquisition a plus
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
