Essential Functions:
  • Manage a team of Talent Sourcers and Supervisors. Provide ongoing support and development that continues to strengthen and grow the team's sourcing and recruiting abilities
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives that target and identify talent for a wide range of clinical roles including Nurse Practitioners, Physical Therapists, Occupational Nurses
  • Facilitate a culture of continuous learning and improvement where peers lead trainings, provide mentorship and independently develop skills in support of TA
  • Manage the sourcing process including allocation of work load among sourcing team by overseeing the volume, activity and results
  • Create an on-going pipeline of diverse talent utilizing search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals, etc.)
  • Develop and implement strategies to source and identify key talent for hard-to-fill or niche positions
  • Identify external trends and innovative recruiting and sourcing techniques to maintain competitive edge
  • Act as a consultative partner to organizational leaders by sharing market data, identifying and making recommendations on talent shortages
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to existing Sourcing processes, procedures and systems
  • Coordinate and participate in networking events and Virtual Career Fairs
  • May require other duties as assigned


Education:

  • BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly preferred or equivalent work experience


Experience:
  • 8+ years professional work experience. 3+ years of experience in a recruiting position, managing a recruiting desk/supporting full-life cycle recruiting, strongly preferred. Previous experience supporting corporate functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, Communications, Procurement, etc) a plus
  • Must have experience managing a full life-cycle recruiting desk. Full life-cycle recruiting in a corporate or staffing environment
  • Experience training or mentoring others within a Recruiting Team
  • Success experience developing and managing relationships with internal customer groups.
  • Experience managing the recruitment of healthcare professionals (preferred)

While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated California, Colorado, Washington, and New York compensation is $90,000 - $100,000.
