About the team
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist on the TikTok Music team you are responsible for supporting in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates. You are also responsible for coordinating and conducting interviews, supporting candidates and hiring managers with their requests and ensuring high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to each candidate.

This role is a 12-month temporary assignment and will be pay-rolled through a third-party staffing agency.

-Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
-Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn and alternative search techniques).
-Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency
-Support in conducting recruiting screening calls independently with candidates

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree is required.
-Minimum 1 year of equivalent coordination experience in a high volume environment (preferred search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
-Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums
-Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills (attention to details).
