Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Talent Analyst to join our dynamic People and Culture team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly iCIMS, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Talent Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, from opening and closing positions to creating and sending out offer letters.

Salary range $26.44 - $28.85 per hour

Responsibilities

HRIS Management: Utilize iCIMS to manage and maintain HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Job Posting Management: Open and close positions on various job boards and company career pages.

Offer Letters: Create and distribute offer letters to selected candidates, ensuring all necessary information is included and accurate.

Training: Conduct Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) trainings for new hires and existing staff as needed.

Communication: Answer emails and respond to inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Detail Orientation: Ensure all tasks and processes are completed with high attention to detail, minimizing errors and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to adjust quickly to changes in priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
