The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.

Work you'll do:
  • Provide full life-cycle support to the Senior Executive Rank-in-Person/Promotions Process including policy development, training and logistics, managing tool maintenance and updates, data preparation and analysis, process improvement and redesign, and statistical analysis and reporting.
  • Leading and executing the preparation and validation of employee data prior to the Rank-in-Person process
  • Facilitating the validation of promotion packages for Rank-in-Person panel discussions
  • Scheduling, facilitating and providing support to multiple promotion review panels
  • Reviewing current Rank-in-Person processes to identify and implement process improvements and automation to streamline and simplify activities
  • Developing information briefs, white papers, and/or decision briefs to support key Rank-in-Person initiatives and program changes
  • Conducting data analysis and reporting in support of Rank-in-Person program; conduct analysis and present results to senior leadership for review and evaluation
  • Collaborating with a technical developer to lead the development of functional requirements for the current Rank-in-Person tool
  • Updating and maintaining all standard operating procedures, job aids, deliberation methodologies, trainings and business rules in support of the Rank-in-Person program
  • Facilitating employee and panel member training in support of the Rank-in-Person program
  • Updating and maintaining system documentation for Rank-in-Person technology, including Standard Operating Procedures, training materials, and summary sheets to help minimize the learning curve for clients and new team members
  • Regular and sustained client interaction, encompassing both formal presentations and informal, routine communication
  • Supporting ongoing business needs due to changes in an organization, as well as organizational transformation programs impacting workforce
  • Owning and delivering against a communication plan; ensuring messages are crafted for the right audience at the right time in the right channel in a consistent and engaging format
  • Developing strategic documents, implementation plans, stakeholder assessments, stakeholder engagements, newsletters, videos, speeches, and communications frameworks
Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • TS/SCI w POLY clearance required
  • 7+ years of Human Capital experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to be on-site 100% of the time in Washington DC.
Preferred:
  • Experience developing and delivering foundational marketing and training materials for Talent Management Systems (Promotions, Performance Management, or Career Development) are helpful for this position
  • Experience supporting change management efforts with organizational change implementations; understanding of change principles and methodologies with the ability to define a flexible, unique approach based on the business need and working environment
  • Project management, planning, performance metrics and reporting
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,000 to $143,000.
