Job Description

**This position requires residing in Florida and cannot hire anyone that lives outside the state of Florida. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days onsite.

Position Summary

The Talent Partner will function as part of the Talent Acquisition team in supporting the Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) who is passionate about finding top talent while creating a positive recruitment experience for leaders and candidates alike.

The Talent Partner will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting leaders who will guide our organization and associates forward to our mission of becoming a consumer centric wellness employer of choice.

Primary Accountabilities

  1. Provide the highest levels of service delivery and operational excellence to Health First leaders and executives to support their business goals, both short-term and long-term.
  2. Serve as a Talent Ambassador for the IDN through each interaction with internal associates but also external candidates as the first point of contact and the initial experience that will set the tone for their talent journey.
  3. Build and nurture a robust network of healthcare professionals locally, regionally, and nationally by using tools such as the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), marketing campaigns and other lead generation applications.
  4. Be adaptable to changing business needs, healthcare changes that can develop rapidly and changes in market conditions.
  5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills that support having structured, composed and informative exchanges of information with key leaders and operators.
  6. Collaborate with internal resources such as Compensation, Benefits, Onboarding and Payroll to name a few to achieve positive outcomes and ensure process is being followed.
  7. Develop sourcing strategies for proactive and reactive identification of talent to build pipelines of skill sets but also to assess the talent market.
  8. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience and alignment with the requirements for the role and the organization.
  9. Write candidate summaries and able to communicate feedback in writing and verbally to senior and executive leadership.
  10. Complete complex employment offers to be able to effectively communicate and gain candidate acceptance of offers by articulating win-win outcomes. Able to troubleshoot and overcome objections and declinations.
  11. Consistently maintain high levels of data integrity and accuracy.


Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education and Work Experience:
    • Associate Degree in Business plus 3 years work experience in HR and/or customer service
    • Or in lieu of degree - HSD with 5 years work experience in HR and/or customer service
  • Certification: None
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 including PowerBI, MS Forms, OneNote, MS Teams and SharePoint but also Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
    • Strong analytical abilities to analyze employee data, job requirements and organizational needs to match associates with suitable opportunities.
    • Experience sourcing proactively and on-demand to build talent pipelines.
    • Must be able to be facilitate onsite meetings with leaders, aide with on-site interviews and attend recruitment events when possible.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.

  • Work Experience: 8+ years experience.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
    • Understanding of HR principles, practices and policies including knowledge of talent management, career development, employee relations and workforce planning.
    • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry including trends and regulations to help grasp the intricacies of different roles, their responsibilities and accurately qualify candidates.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, stooping.
  • Extended periods of computer time or at workstation.
  • Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance.
  • May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or low to moderate noise.
  • Communicating with others to exchange information.
  • Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks.
  • Workspace may vary from open to confined; on site or remote.
  • May require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter; may require use of personal vehicle.
