Work you'll do

This strategic, technical Task Order Lead will regularly engage senior stakeholders across disciplines; collaborate with teaming partner resources to meet resource, capability, and delivery requirements; and provide senior level strategy. The Task Order Lead / Solutions Architect will be responsible for the overall architecture of the solution, the infrastructure and tooling required to operate the solution, and the cross-domain architecture

Task Order Lead / Solutions Architect Responsibilities:
  • Applies core PM capabilities
  • Drives issue resolution
  • Works closely with Functional Leads and PMO to drive development, testing, cutover and production go-live tasks
  • Prepares and presents technical status reports
  • Manages geographically dispersed team
  • Assists with change management activities
  • Leads applications setup and configurations
  • Provides guidance on configuration, data migrations and integrations, reports and extensions for (one or more HR technology): PSFT, SaaS HCM (Oracle Workday), ServiceNow, Salesforce
  • Conducts Architect design sessions
  • Operates and maintains a large program (HR technology)
  • Provides technical oversight
  • Agile Ceremonies - Incl. program backlog review (PBR), daily scrums, backlog grooming, sprint planning / reviews, and retrospectives for consistent feedback and problem resolution
  • Coordinated Service Delivery - Includes release management and stakeholder communication
  • Transition Coordination - Minimize impacts to mission and prevent any service degradation
  • Develops and maintains client relationships with professionalism
Qualifications

Required:
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI FS Poly security clearance required
Preferred:
  • PMP
  • DIA experience
  • Subcontractor management (multiple teammates)
  • Resource management experience, including geographically dispersed team
  • Engineering solutions and integration management experience, including:
  • Development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps)
  • Coordinated service delivery (requirements, development, build)
  • Release mgmt. experience (release, config, change mgmt., coordination)
  • Understanding of innovative Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and integration (Peoplesoft, ServiceNow, Workday)
  • Familiar with OEM best practices
  • Experience with any of the following: HC Strategy and Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Performance Management, Comp and Benefits, Separation and Retirement, Employee Engagement, Workplace Analytics, Employee Self-service
  • IC certification and accreditation experience
  • Knowledge sharing and coordination
