Role: Tax Accountant (contract)

Pay Rate: $34 - $38 / hHour

Job Responsibilities:

• Review of financial statements for accuracy
• Research, document, and apply federal tax law, state tax law, and other regulatory reporting requirements
• Computation of Quarterly Tax Projections
• General Ledger Review
• Coordination of workpapers and tax schedules
• Tax Preparation and Data Entry
• Detailed analysis of income and expenses for tax planning

Requirements:
• Experience with corporate income taxes: forms 1120, K-1, 990s, estimated tax payments
• Experience using NetSuite (or similar complex accounting software)
• Expertise in Excel
• 3-5 years experience
• Strong communication skills for requesting and gathering information
