Insight Global is looking for a Tax Associate to work in Portland, Oregon. This person will assist with Indirect Tax responsibilities including preparation and filing for 120 monthly sales/use tax returns, 1,800 annual property tax payments, and 2,000 annual unclaimed property due diligence request. They will review and update sales tax rate matrices for over 200 separate locations. They will perform annual SOX control review and testing for approximately 120 locations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proven accounting, analytical, and research skills.
- Strong ability to utilize project management and accounting best practices to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work well proactively and independently as well as the ability to work well with tax team members and the ability to work cross-functionally with other member of the Finance team or Operations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
