Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Tax Associate/Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong tax law knowledge and experience, along with excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing top-notch legal services. In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on various tax matters, including estate planning and business transactions.

Requirements:

- LL.M preferred in Taxation or Estate Planning
- New York Bar admission is required
- 3+ years of experience as a Tax Associate/Attorney
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing tax-related advice to clients on complex matters such as estate planning, business transactions, and tax controversy representation.
- Conducting thorough research on relevant laws and regulations to ensure accurate counsel is given.
- Drafting documents related to tax issues such as trust agreements, partnership agreements, corporate documents, etc.
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues in order to provide exceptional service.
