Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Assume full responsibility to prepare & review all types of returns (individuals, corps, partnerships and/or trusts & estates)

• Successfully manage and maintain client relationships

• Utilize heavy research skills (using tools such as CCH, XCM, and RIA)

• Assist Partners in strategic tax planning

• Working closely with staff, and assisting senior management in mentoring, coaching, training, supervising, and evaluating staff

• Provide oversight and direction to a team of tax staff accountants in the delivery of tax services.

• Active involvement in client business development

Qualifications:

• CPA license (at the time of applying) is required

• Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Accounting or Taxation is required

• Must have 6 - 15 years of recent and relevant experience in U.S. public accounting

• Must have at lest 2 years of supervisory experience

• Heavy experience with review

• Broad taxation experience

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Extremely organized, can manage time appropriately and work within budget parameters

• Well developed work ethic

• Maintain a positive atmosphere of the firm

• Excellent technical and research skills; should be detail oriented and well organized with a willingness to learn

• Ability to manage all aspects of client work

• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
