Insight Global is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our client's accounting department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance and training entry-level to mid-level team members surrounding the tax return process, document preparation, complex accounting, and tax laws. The successful individual will have a successful history in the tax industry and will be able to lead and impact a team of individuals.

Responsibilities:

* Providing management, training, and leadership to team members regarding tax preparation and execution.

* Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the specified timeframe.

* Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise.

* Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns

Required Skills & Experience

* 4+ years of experience in Personal Income Tax Accounting -- Prepping Tax Documents for Tax Return processes

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

* Proficiency in QuickBooks or related accounting software

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience in the Consulting Industry / Public Accounting Firm

* CPA certification preferred
