The Tax Senior Associate ll serves as a trusted advisor and member of various client service teams. You must possess significant knowledge of tax compliance and consulting related to individual, partnership, trust, estate, and gifts for high net-worth clients. You will also participate in client development, team management, and conduct research to be current as a tax professional. You will provide authentic support to your teammates and clients and communicate regularly with them to understand their businesses and industries.

How you will contribute:

  • Providing tax compliance and tax advisory services to individuals, trusts, and estates with an emphasis on sophisticated individual, fiduciary, gift, and estate tax matters
  • Assisting with developing, building, and managing existing client relationships
  • Participating in networking activities to further expand business opportunities and client relationships as part of the proposal process
  • Assisting in managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staff
  • Reviewing returns prepared by tax interns, associates and senior associates - level l
  • Effectively delegating responsibilities to others, monitoring efforts of engagement teams
  • Proficiently using technology tools in regular assignments and demonstrating a commitment to improving work processes through the use of technology
  • Successfully researching complex tax issues, applying findings to projects, and clearly communicating those findings in writing

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant progressive tax experience in public accounting
  • CPA license required
  • Experience managing multiple client engagements
