Tax Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Senior Manager to join our dynamic team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and up to a maximum of 30 years, demonstrating a deep understanding of tax regulations, compliance, and strategy. This role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage and mentor a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns, estate, gift and high net worth individual tax.
• Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax positions.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate relevant updates to the team.
• Provide expert advice on tax implications for business decisions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA license or EA certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years of tax experience, with a maximum of 30 years.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
