Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Preparation and Review of Corporate and Partnership Tax returns including multi-state filings

• Complex Business income Tax Returns with multiple K1s

• Sophisticated corporate client tax preparation, projections and planning

• Preparation and Review of corporate and partnership tax returns

• Preparation of quarterly tax projections, estimated taxes and extensions and Tax research

• Respond to tax notices and assist with tax audits

• Ability to research tax issues and apply practical tax analysis

• Prepare detailed work papers
