YOUR FUTURE TEAM

As part of TCEQ Compliance and Enforcement, you would help ensure that those we regulate comply with the state's environmental laws.

This position is a member of our Coastal & East Texas division.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Manage and communicate information regarding compliance, enforcement, and monitoring activities for the region's Air/Water Program.
• Monitor and communicate information regarding the progress of the region's Air/Water Program.
• Hire, develop, and appraise the performance of Air/Water Program staff.
• Advise the Regional Director of significant program issues.
• Provide outreach and technical assistance to the general public, regulated community, media and government officials.
• Provide technical and programmatic input for regulation development.

Qualifications:

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in personnel management (i.e., hiring and developing staff, performance management, assigning work and special projects, etc.)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the management of a business function, division, or department relevant to assignment.

OR

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in a field relevant to assignment
