One of our clients is seeking a motivated professional to work as a Teacher's Assitant in Ashburn,VA & surrounding areas.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Works in conjunction with the Teacher's to support and assist students to achieve instructional objectives. Works with individual students or small groups of students.

* Assist with setting up and organizing classroom materials and resources
* Provide support during lessons, including distributing materials and helping students with tasks
* Assists with supervision of students during emergency drills, assemblies, play periods, field trips, and instructional activities
* Monitor students during independent work or group activities
* Grade assignments and tests under the teacher's guidance
* Assist with classroom organization and tidiness
* Help with students' personal and emotional needs, offering encouragement and motivation
* Attend meetings, workshops, or training sessions as required
* Liaise between the teacher and parents, especially regarding students' progress or behavior
* Stay informed about new teaching strategies or educational tools

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* High School Diploma/GED
* Ability to establish and follow detailed work procedures.
* Ability to work well with students, staff and parents in a professional manner.
* Experience working in all school settings.
* Fantastic organizational and teamwork skills.
