The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for part-time Food Attendants support Team Dining at Scottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Team Dining Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of food and beverage within the team facilities at Scottsdale Stadium.

$17.50 - $17.50 / hour

Responsibilities

Setup team dining buffet to chef's specifications to include

• Ensure hot steam wells are plugged in and operational.
• Check for cleanliness of all table and counter surfaces as well as the floor and trash
• Make sur today's menu matches menu on tv monitor in dining room
• Check in with chef for specific instructions on food service for the day to familiarize yourself with the day's menu
• Transport food items to home and visiting team dining and place hot items in hot wells and cold items in cold wells
• Ensure all pans are wiped clean and free from debris
• Take temperatures of cold and hot foods and record on temperature long
• Organize paper plates, napkins and cutlery on buffet and replenish when needed
• Ensure that there is a sanitizer bucket present with fresh sanitizer and clean towels
• Be present for players ensuring all needs are met in a positive manner
• Clean tables, countertops and floors throughout the shift as needed
• Keep food looking fresh by periodically stirring food and cleaning edges of pans
• At the end of service, remove food items and bring back to the chef
• Clean steam wells, countertops, table tops and floors
• Bring all dirty items to kitchen and run through the dish machine and put away
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous food service experience required

Physical Requirements

• Position will be required to be in the men's locker room while players are changing.
• Ability to walk, bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift
