Qualifications
Education, Credentials, Licenses: Graduate from accredited School of Nursing, licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is being performed. Meets contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state-required courses.

Specialized Knowledge: Ability to direct self and others. Aware of Nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocols. Knowledgeable of the organization's mission, vision, values. Demonstrates clinical proficiency

Kind and Length of Experience: One-year recent nursing experience in clinical area of specialty. Experience as a shift charge nurse.
