Vacation Sales Ambassadors promote the selling of vacation packages to eligible on-site guests, which produces revenue. VSAs respond to guest requests in a timely manner and represent Hilton Grand Vacations.

Other duties include:

• Pro-actively train all new hires onsite to assist department.
• Track and provide commentary on all new HHonors Members and/or Players Club sign ups at location.
• Supervise all Trip Advisor comments to contribute feedback.
• Act as a liaison directly with Hilton Resort and HGV.
• Ensure monthly location targets are met and/or exceeded.
• Assist in helping close package transactions for team members.
• Provide information and incentives for guests in resort according to local policies
• Pro-actively pursue all eligible guests on-site to preview HGV through direct purchase of mini-vacation packages.
• Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility for package offers by specific location.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and completely for each package sale.
• Provide location related guest service to resort guests and visitors, including directing guests to responsible resort services for specific resort information.
• Review production reports and advise manager of challenges.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ year hospitality and/or client service experience
• 1+ year of retail or direct selling experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High School/GED
• Ability to work flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekend, and holidays.
• Must possess outstanding verbal communication skills
• Dedication to provide best-in-class customer service.
• Confident in building value and setting/achieving sales goals.
• Strong problem solving and savvy influence skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year In-House Marketing experience in Vacation Ownership Industry
• BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
