Team Leader

HandledNow is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a first-shift Team Leader. The Team Leader will develop the team by focusing on individual performance and support requirements to achieve high standards, whilst fostering a culture of working safely.

Schedule - 1st shift - Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:45 pm. Occasional Saturday Production and Overtime required.

Job Duties

• Follow safety guidelines
• Support all monthly safety KPI's and ensures the completion
• Ensures all rules involving safety and operations are enforced
• Cleans work area according to 5s standards
• Ensure employees are trained and compliant
• Assist in the coordination of shipping activities
• Sign manifests on behalf of customers
• Performs shipping & Receiving activities
• Assists in the preparation of the monthly reports
• Communicates problems to management
• Assists in creating operational procedures/instructions and other documentation
• Assists in conducting team meetings and training
