Your role and responsibilities

Responsible for the flow of material, people and information in a particular work area. Ensures operators have the necessary tools, equipment and support necessary to perform job operations. Work Order/Kanban Management Inventory Management DMR, Re-work, excess control, material handling, etc) Production Transactions Area Issue Management Scrap, tools, equipment, work orders, machine work orders, tool management, equipment relief, etc

Qualifications for the role

  • High School diploma/GED is required
  • Prior manufacturing experience not required
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to lift to 40lbs and perform push/pull functions
  • Can work up to 10 hours of overtime to meet Business Objectives
