TITLE: Academy Team Administrator DEPARTMENT: Team Operations
REPORTS TO: Director, Soccer Operations FLSA: Full Time; Exempt

WHAT SETS YOU APART The Team Administrator will work closely with the Director, Soccer Operations, Academy Director and Academy Coaches in performing a variety of tasks supporting the Orlando City Academy. The Team Administrator will assist in the implementation of new and ongoing initiatives and collaborate to align administrative processes with the OCB and MLS Administrative staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with the Director, Soccer Operations, and Academy Director, to oversee communication and scheduling with the Technical, Medical, Administrative and Operational staff of the club.
• Communicate with Academy player's parents in a courteous and respectful manner.
• Work closely with the Director, Soccer Operations to ensure collaboration between business matters and team operations.
• Lead all communications on sporting protocols, operations, and administrative processes with the Academy.
• Liaise between the team and front office staff for Academy related requests.
• Manage player and coach registrations, training tracking and compliance with MLS Next.
• Oversee the player onboarding process for new players and staff joining the team and advise on appropriate suggestions that elevate the professionalism of the onboarding process
• Work with the Club's Human Resources Department on compliance matters.
• Oversee the team's travel requirements for all road games.
• Oversee all game and league related protocols.
• Oversee the planning and coordination of player housing accommodations including host family housing agreements, the set-up, monitoring, and terminating of host family housing agreements etc.
• Representing the Club at games and being the key point of contact on team operational matters during local games.
• Work with the Director, Soccer Operations on management of the Soccer Operations budget including budget v actual analysis, re-forecasting and budgeting for the following season.
• Assist the Director, Soccer Operations with submission of invoices for the Soccer Operations Department.
• Assist the Director, Soccer Operations with management of the Soccer Operations Concur reports and credit card spending management.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and all Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere.
