Position Summary:


Manager, Team Recruiting - Talent Acquisition Department

Actively lead and support a team of up to 7 recruiters, reporting to the Senior Manager of Team Recruiting. Working on an established leadership team, this role will help to enhance service levels and hiring outcomes, while contributing to the team's overall strategic plan.

The Manager, Team Recruiting will continually evaluate and align the recruiting strategy to support the priorities of the organization through workforce planning, ensuring Heartland Dental meets production, growth, and organizational objectives.

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

• Set recruiting goals and drive the talent strategies, stakeholder partnerships and programs to achieve
• Maintain a high level of integrity and honesty, fostering a culture that inspires recruiters to continuously improve their positions as business partners, influencing stakeholders and driving positive
• Continually evaluate and align the recruiting strategy through to the needs and priorities of the organization through workforce planning to ensure Heartland Dental can effectively meet its production, growth, and organizational
• Execute the Team Recruiting strategy for Heartland Dental by partnering with Operational leadership to evaluate talent needs; solicit and provide feedback on the overall hiring process while supporting recruiters and hiring managers to foster a high level of partnership and
• Drive data-based recruiting through consistent data collection, reporting and partner Constantly evaluate recruitment strategy and outcomes against defined success metrics.
• Evaluate metrics for the recruiting team and individuals
• Establish and evaluate KPIs of the Hygiene Recruiters, implementing training and development plans to continuously evolve recruiter knowledge, skills, and
• Serve as a coach, providing mentorship and just in time training as
• Define and refine processes to ensure consistency, compliance, scalability, and efficiency
  to meet Heartland Dental's BHAG; including process and technology enhancements.
• Uphold a proactive and consistent communication cadence between Recruiting and
• Lead and participate in projects as needed to elevate recruitment process to provide best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring manager
• Plan, organize and communicate responsibilities and priorities as a department

Minimum Requirements;

• Three or more years of recruiting experience preferred or two or more years of management experience within Heartland Dental
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work at a high pace with competing and changing priorities
• Proven ability to influence and build strong business partnerships
• Working knowledge of staffing and recruiting programs and employment
• Ability to manage a remote and geographically dispersed team
• Effective interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively across all levels of the organization
• Ability to travel regularly (30%), including regular overnight trips

Desirable Experience:

• ICIMs experience preferred
• Prior leadership experience required
• Prior Recruiting leadership strongly preferred
