Job Title: Tech Design Operations Coordinator (Temp to Perm)

Location: Hybrid

Duration: 3-6 month contract with potential for permanent placement

Pay Rate: $25-$26/hr

Job Summary:

The Aerie Production team is seeking a detail-oriented Tech Design Operations Coordinator to support our Tech Design Operations. This role is crucial for managing model bookings, sample tracking, and scheduling for fit models. The successful candidate will ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently, adhering to internal and external timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Coordination:
  
  
  • Book models for fittings and manage their schedules.
  • Communicate fit schedules to models and relevant team members.
• Sample Tracking:
  
  
  • Own the process of tracking samples with vendors.
  • Develop and document processes for fitting scheduling and sample tracking.
  • Track sample deadlines and follow up with couriers.
  • Communicate package ETA dates to technicians.
• Scheduling and Process Management:
  
  
  • Manage and document fit model scheduling processes.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external sample and fit schedules.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (CFT) to ensure timely delivery of samples.
  • Order supplies as needed and maintain organization of fit schedules.
  • Enforce internal and external processes with partners.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Process-oriented, with the ability to create and document processes as needed.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
