Amazon Business - App Center team is seeking an innovative, results-oriented Technical Partnerships Program Manager. The vision of Amazon App Center team is to make App Center a trusted, centralized platform for business customers to discover and connect third party apps. The role is a hybrid of 1) Business Development - working with Amazon's existing Technical Partner teams/organizations that host APIs with us and managing the overall business relationship including developing new commercial opportunities across Amazon team; and 2) Program/Project Management - driving the success of ongoing collaboration initiatives with the Partner. We expect this leader to operate across distributed, cross-functional organizations, with a mix of strategic planning and tactical execution. The key mission of the position is to unlock additional business value for Amazon customers through the management and growth of existing technical partnerships and the identification of new partners aligned to our program mission. This role will be highly visible at senior levels of Amazon Business Tech. You will work closely with partner teams to execute strategies that expand Amazon's business, maintaining the programs and other business aspects of the partnership while identifying additional opportunities to achieve mutual goals.

This role has cross-functional exposure to Product, Marketing, and Engineering. It would be a great fit for 1) commercial-savvy program/ financial leaders seeking to expand partner facing experiences, or 2) business developers seeking to build holistic experiences in Product, Marketing and Project Management.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage and evolve end-to-end Technical Partnership Program vision

• Operate as a business program, with quantified financial and customer impact and clear mechanisms to prioritize and deliver against Spectrum strategic goals

• Manage initial triage of Partner product feature requests and hand off to Product/Tech teams

• Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to senior management updating on progress on goals, partner feedback, strategic investment opportunities and partner-related roadmap items

• Align on partner activities with internal Marketing, Product, Legal and Engineering teams.

• Coordinate joint Go-to-Market activities

• Steward the nomination, selection and introduction of internal partners in which to invest.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience

- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
