As a Tech Lead, Machine Learning Engineer on the Ads Measurement team, you will lead the team to develop novel machine learning solutions, build scalable tech foundations and launch various products to maximize signal values for ads in a privacy-preserving way.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing machine learning and PET solutions for various ads use cases, including ads signal extraction and understanding, identity matching, attribution, reporting, ranking, calibration, bidding, etc.
• Work with product and business teams on product vision definition and execution

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with applying machine learning methods for ranking.
• 7+ years of software development experience and strong coding skills, especially in Python/C++/Go. Experience with high-load systems is a plus
• Experience with leading ads projects
• Familiarity with online experimentation and analytics
• Curiosity toward new technologies and entrepreneurship
