Tech Specialist, Histology/EM - Lab -Anatomic Path/Histology

JOB SUMMARY:

The Histology Technical Specialist (HTS) performs & oversees testing procedures ensuring quality assurance standards are met. The HTS maintains operational continuity & monitors laboratory activities to meet productivity standards. The HTS schedules, assesses & trains laboratory staff & assists with administrative duties, as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate's Degree

4 Years of Experience

Histotechnologist

Equivalent experience of 4 or more years under a qualified Anatomic/Pathology lab director with demonstrated histology skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

5 Years of Experience

Bachelor of Science (Zoology, Biology, Anatomy)

Electron Microscopy experience

The expected hiring range for this position is $41.49 to $57.05
