Tech Support Analyst (Chandler)

Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Financial Services organization in Chandler, AZ contract Tech Support Analyst (Chandler) to assist their team. Will be a Hybrid role.
Title: Tech Support Analyst (Chandler)
Location: Chandler, AZ
Duration: 12-18 + months
Job Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support for the UiPath Robotics platform, including day-to-day application monitoring and answering user queries.
• Troubleshoot application issues by analyzing logs and identifying root causes, even with minimal documentation on application function and flow.
• Take ownership of and resolve single-user data inquiries, driving partner teams without direct authority.
• Identify and address stability concerns through proactive monitoring and analysis.
• Collaborate with peers and more seasoned analysts to coordinate and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with application/BOT teams during releases to implement tasks and ensure smooth transitions.
• Follow industry standards, best practices, and guidelines in technology, raising any encountered issues to management while keeping them informed of progress, risks, and challenges.
• Conduct research on production issues, restore service quickly, and identify root causes to prevent future occurrences.
• Participate in or lead conference calls with technical and business users.
• Utilize real-time application monitoring tools such as Geneos ITRS, Elastic Search, Splunk, and Python.
• Work in both Windows and Linux environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
