Technical Analyst Consultant

Title: Technical Analyst Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA 30326 (near Buckhead) - mostly remote
Duration: 9-12 month project
Compensation: $35-$45 HR W2
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Roughly 20-35 hours per week

Need a Technical Analyst that can help with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of new hires equipment. Help with the provisioning of new hardware, troubleshoot software and hardware issues as needed. Position will require some in office work on an as needed basis.

Required Skills

• Working knowledge with active directory, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues in both LAN and WAN environments.
• Experience imaging and deploying laptops.
• Experience providing desktop/laptop computer hardware support.
• Setup and install computers for New Hire On-Boarding's and Off-Boarding's
• Experience supporting remote workers and troubleshooting VPN and remote technology issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Enterprise) applications.
• Expertise in Windows Server 2016 and above.
• Working knowledge with Telephony System
• Strong oral/written communication and listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Can work effectively with a team or independently.
• Can work well under pressure with ability to prioritize effectively.
• Strong ethical orientation with ability to maintain confidential information.
