As a Salesforce Data Developer, you will work with a cross-functional team to transform a strategic backlog into high-quality software, delivering real business value for a $47 billion bank. You will drive technical design options and write beautiful, scalable, sustainable code. You will work on a scrum team of highly talented IT professionals whose primary focus is roadmap work on the Salesforce platform. There are 1800+ users on our Salesforce platform, which is used by our bankers primarily for Sales Enablement (prospecting, client relationships) and Loan Origination (Deals, Underwriting, Portfolio Maintenance using nCino). You will work closely with other scrum teams in our Nexus (scaled agile model) to drive new feature build-out; an Operations team providing superior user support; Super Users and Subject Matter Experts in the line of business; and IT professionals across the bank to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience working in the platform.

The Technical Analyst III job family is responsible for delivering superior services acting as a liaison between the line of business and IT with a focus on end user experience such as user interfacing, user flow, data flow, and/or other UI/UX strategies. Using comprehensive expertise, defining and performing analysis, design, programming, planning, implementation, and supporting of some of the most critical systems software and procedures with a focus on our long term technology road map which require technical and systems knowledge. The Technical Analyst manages plans, organizes, and controls projects which have an organizational impact as well as provides day-to-day support for complex applications systems.

How You'll Spend Your Time
You will analyze, design, plan, build, test, and deploy complex systems software and programs
You will write clear proposals and technical documents for simple to complex projects
You will perform business process modeling (includes logical modeling, data retention, and business process modeling) for simple to complex projects
You will provide data acquisition and data integration support for major ongoing and future projects.
You will provide initial data cleansing and statistical analysis
You will incorporate corporate best practices and solutions for data structuring, cleaning, visualization, etc.

You will deliver operational enhancements
You will perform job scheduling responsibilities including writing, reading, and troubleshooting job plans
You will develop simple to moderate batch scripts & stored procedures and provide technical requirements/specifications
You will foster speed, innovation and encourage continuous learning and feedback
You will employ IT governance policies, project architecture methodology and service-oriented architecture (SOA) policies, and technology standards. Construct SOA web services and employ architectural contracts
You will mentor other analysts by providing oversight of projects or day to day support efforts
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of (a/an) Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field of study and / or 6-8 years of directly related experience in data integration and data analytics. Single application data flows across multiple applications.
Proficiency in SQL Queries
Software integration, system integration, and technology used
Knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, built processes, testing, and operations
Knowledge of data management fundamentals and data storage principles
Solid conceptual thinking and analytical skills with the ability to provide resolution to problems of a moderate complexity. Enjoy working in teams and across departments to achieve business objectives while building strong relationships to become a trusted advisor and create raving fans. Influence change by being flexible and adaptable.
Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse audiences
Oral and written communication skills to effectively represent self and BOKF
Ability to effectively plan time, method, manner and sequence of own work assignments
Demonstrated ability to establish and build healthy working partnerships with clients, vendors and peers
Technical understanding of single application data flows across multiple applications, software and system integrations, RDBMS principles and tools, tiered environments, Cloud environments, and well developed project management skills.
Experience in Power BI or comparable reporting tools
Tiered environments (e.g. development, testing, UAT, production, DR)
IT and IS standards and concepts
IT lifecycle Governance
Application disaster recovery
Banking and payments industry and processes (preferred)
