Gather, refine, and validate complex business requirements, risks, and issues, and translate them into technical specifications for enterprise-wide use.
Design high-level architectural diagrams and collaborate with team architects to document project workflows as a reference for developers and business teams.
Provide expertise in identifying and developing low-level design solutions, including process flows, sequence diagrams, error handling, and risk assessment.
Collaborate with architecture, development, and testing teams to analyze system problems and define system requirements using software platforms like Postman, Swagger, and SOAP UI.
Collaborate with senior managers, project managers, and scrum masters to track project progress.
Analyze data and generate reports, dashboards, and applications using Splunk Enterprise and SQL.
Gather user stories and technical/business requirements for developers to scale project features.
Work with kafka to test API flows and validate database data.
Utilize tools like confluence pages, PlantUML, Camunda, and BPMN 2.0 to create or update business process models, sequence diagrams, process flow diagrams, and UI mockups.
Investigate triggered APIs across Telemetry/Service activation, Provisioning applications and maintain relevant documentation.
Read and interpret code using Java and conduct API testing using tools like Postman.
Reverse engineering developed APIs built on Restful web services, NodeJS, PHP and GraphQL to maintain all documents across organization.
Design data models to integrate new data sources into databases like Mongo DB, Oracle, and Elastic.
Manage user data by performing CRUD operations in databases like PING, MONGODB, Oracle DB, REDIS, and Elastic.
Retrieve data from existing databases using SQL and NoSQL queries and create gap and root cause analysis reports.
Research and forecast future technical requirements based on input from cross-functional teams. Support project delivery from product design to implementation phase.
Work with developers to document feature changes or business logic failures post-production or deployments.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of overall professional experience working in IT within a variety of roles. Preference for candidates who come from a hands-on technical background in Engineering or Development.
- Experience working with a variety of databases, preference for Oracle and MongoDB.
- Experience with Angular and NodeJS (ability to read code as needed and work with developers)
- Experience with REST Web Services from a technical standpoint.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Postman and/or SOAP UI.
- Experience creating design plans with Visio or Draw.io
- Experience with Kafka
- Experience with Camunda for orchestrating and building business workflows.
