Job summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a strong background in Python, PySpark, and GCP to lead our innovative projects within the Asset Management Operations domain. With a requirement of 12-16 years of experience, the ideal candidate will drive the development and execution of cutting-edge solutions contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional value.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable high-performance solutions using Python and PySpark on GCP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.
- Ensure the integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives identifying areas for process optimization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team fostering a culture of excellence.
- Oversee the deployment of applications to GCP ensuring compliance with best practices and security standards.
- Conduct code reviews and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and timely project updates.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing solutions using Python, PySpark, and Spark is essential.
- Strong understanding of GCP services and architecture is required.
- Experience in Asset Management Operations is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role.
- A commitment to continuous learning and development in the field of technology.
Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 07/20/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
