As a Business Analyst within the organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with IT groups, Information Analytics, 3rd party application providers and other business partners to develop and implement software solutions that automate internal processes to increase efficiency and quality for the business unit and to enable users to execute their compliance programs. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with business process owners, application users, software architects and developers to translate business needs driven by engine emissions regulations, into functional requirements.

Typical task breakdown:

-Develop use cases

-Support program development phase (but not coding itself)

-Manage quality testing phase, planning and perform user acceptance testing

-Facilitate change management direction and guidance to application users

-Develop user training (process and procedure) materials

-Develop and maintain SharePoint document management capabilities

-Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions to facilitate business process efficiency

Education & Experience Required:

-Technical bachelor's degree, MIS or IT Project Management degree. (10 years in IT business application development, requirements development, and/or support will be accepted in lieu of a degree.)

Technical Skills

Required

-Extensive experience in Microsoft configurable platform business applications such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps.

-Strength in process documentation.

Desired

-Experience in requirements gathering and refining, ability to facilitate requirements sessions, project milestone or workshop events.

Soft Skills

Required

-High initiative and ownership of issues and resolutions.

-Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Required Skills : Need to have Power Platform experience - SharePoint, PowerBI and PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
