Role reports to: Global Technical Delivery Senior Manager

Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel: 10% Domestic and or International Travel

Pay: Anticipated base pay range of $111,000 to $192,050

What you will do

The R&D Technical Delivery Manager will be focused on the Nutritional Supplements within our Self Care business segment, working directly for Brands such as Zarbee's and Versalie. This role will be responsible for implementing and overseeing R&D strategy scope and key deliverables for a successful innovation launch. This role will work closely with the end-to-end R&D team to drive innovation with technical rigor and executional excellence while keeping the consumer at the center of every innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate across various R&D teams to drive collaboration and E2E visibility
  • Execute the delivery of complex projects to support business objectives and priorities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the innovation process and identify barriers to executional excellence
  • Ensure day-to-day follow-ups from project discussions, including driving execution of project brief updates, developing project plans, milestones, and resourcing requirements
  • Track and manage day-to-day project technical progress to ensure E2E visibility to key stakeholders
  • Execute identified work plans in partnership across R&D key stakeholders
  • Support risk mitigation on key projects once identified
  • Leverage data to evaluate project success against key metrics
  • Manage R&D project team meetings to ensure technical milestones are achieved
  • Manage technical resources and budget allocation for projects


What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 6 years of business experience in managing or leading complex technical projects
  • R&D / Scientific experience AND OR Technical operations experience
  • Experience in working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo to drive for better outcomes
  • Experience in continuous improvement principles to achieve successful launches
  • Negotiation skills to drive new ways of working and difficult conversations
  • Ability to travel up to 10% Domestic and or International


Desired Qualifications

  • Technical Delivery R&D project experience
  • Previous experience with agile methodologies
  • Technical Delivery experience within large Consumer Package Goods (CPG) company
  • Desirable experience with Nutritional formats such as gummy and solid doses
  • Experience with external suppliers and co-manufacturing for Nutritional supplements
  • Bring technical insights into discussions around brands needs and business plans

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $111,000 to $192,050 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
