We are seeking an experienced functional/technical conversion lead to support our Oracle Financials Cloud (OFC) implementation in collaboration with an implementer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing data conversion deliverables, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Conversion Strategy: Lead and collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to define the campus conversion strategy.
Cross-Functional Execution:
Facilitate existing cross-functional teams to execute key conversion deliverables, including:
Defining data requirements
Performing data cleansing
Executing data validation
Completing data reconciliation
Facilitating sign-off
Problem-Solving: Leverage experience to troubleshoot conversion challenges and generate practical solutions to help functional teams meet deliverables.
Project Management: Work with campus project management to develop and update conversion tasks, reporting to senior project stakeholders as needed.
Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the
primary point of contact for functional, technical, and implementation partner team resources.
Cutover Planning: Collaborate closely with implementation partners for cutover planning and execution, tracking issues to closure.

Required Skills & Experience

Excellent leadership, verbal, and written communication skills.
Solid experience in virtual meeting organization and facilitation with distributed teams.
5+ years of Extensive OFC implementation lead experience, particularly with the PGM module.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for facilitating requirements discussions.
Ability to work in a multi-vendor environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Proven knowledge of Excel and Google collaboration applications.
Familiarity with project management techniques and tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
Prior experience working with higher education clients.
