Areas of Focus:
As a Technical Intern at ADT, you will gain hands-on experience in areas that involve coding, scripting, and technical problem-solving. You will support our team in one of the following areas:
- Software Development: Support, maintenance, and enhancement of ADT's enterprise systems.
- Intelligent Automation: Design and build automation workflows using tools such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. Provide training and documentation for new automation processes.
- DevOps Engineering: Optimize development pipelines, automate workflows, and improve deployment and operational efficiency.
- Data Engineering: Learn and apply ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, manage data flow within data warehouses, and perform data analysis using tools like SQL and Python.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those who have obtained a Bachelor's degree and are enrolled in a graduate program.
- Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Wednesday, and if no team meetings or events are planned, the option to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays.
- Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
- Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 19-July 31
