Location: Santa Clara, CA | On-site Hybrid (2 days onsite/ 3 days remote)

Compensation: 110k-130k base + Equity + Full Benefits

Job Description:
  • We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Marketing Specialist and Community Developer to join our dynamic team. This role combines marketing savvy with technical expertise to create compelling content and cultivate a vibrant community. If you are passionate about AI technology, enjoy communicating complex ideas in engaging ways, and love building relationships within tech communities, this position is for you.


Responsibilities :
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that includes blogs, white papers, case studies, and video content to explain and promote our AI solutions.
  • Design, edit, and produce high-quality video and image content for dissemination across various platforms including LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Manage social media platforms, ensuring engaging, technically accurate, and visually appealing dissemination of content.
  • Engage with online tech communities through forums, social media, and webinars to increase brand visibility and product understanding.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create accurate and user-friendly technical documentation for our products.
  • Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and webinars to foster a robust user community.
  • Monitor industry trends and community feedback to guide content creation and community management strategies.
  • Provide insights to the marketing and product teams based on community feedback and engagement metrics.
  • Manage company newsletters


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical marketing, content creation, and community management, preferably in the tech or AI industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and creatively.
  • Proficient in image and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, social media platforms, and video hosting services like YouTube.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Passionate about technology and innovation with a customer-first mindset.
