This position will operate from 7PM-7AM and work a rotating 3, 2, 2, 3 shift, meaning crews are 3 days on, 2 off, 2 days on, 3 off, and so forth.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- 1+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Comfortable in a role that is a combination of a maintenance supervisor and a production supervisor
- Comfortable working 7PM-7AM - 3, 2, 2, 3

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Experienced working their way up from a skilled trade (electrician, maintenance tech, etc.)
- Experienced within mechanical technician work with PLCs, robots, etc.
- 5+ years experience as a supervisor
- Any MS or Oracle system experience
- Experience working in a union environment
