Summary
The Infrastructure Software team is looking for an influential and strategic leader who is passionate and understands the necessity of both product and design working together to drive the ultimate user experience, and will work to build the product strategy of an ever-evolving environment with a cross-functional approach throughout Infrastructure Services to enhance software products in efforts to support the organization's growth. 

You will lead a team of product managers and designers who are responsible for conceptualizing, researching, designing and delivering solutions for strategic, complex, cross-functional problems where there is never one single solution to the problem. In addition to the specific product needs, you will need to expand scope to a portfolio level view and be responsible for all aspects of product features and functionality as well as developer and user experience in and around the team. 

Key Qualifications
5+ yrs experience in product management
5+ yrs experience in UX/UI design (Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma)
5+ yrs experience in Data Center ecosystem
Strong understanding of how to build, manage and lead multi-role cross-functional teams to deliver large scale products
Strong experience in understanding, discussing and creating technical designs with senior technical leadership
Strong influence and communication skills (written and verbal), especially with executive level presentations
Must be highly autonomous and comfortable working in ambiguous, continually-changing environment
Passionate about developer and customer experience and always looking for ways to improve both
Strong leadership and decisive skills

Description
Develop partnerships with key business leaders and executives across a variety of teams at Apple
Develop partnerships with internal developers
Manage a team of cross functional product managers with diverse portfolio
Manage a team of designers with diverse portfolio
Collaborate with stakeholders to inform the product vision, strategy, features, backlog, and prioritization from concept to launch
Provide consistent updates to leadership and executives, making communication easy and transparent regarding product issues and decisions needed to be made
Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology
Oversee the migration, adoption, and/or implementation of new features and functionality into partner teams
Develop evaluation methods to assess product strengths and identify areas for improvement
Lead development teams in new forms of collaboration and information sharing cross organization 
Tell meaningful stories through keynotes
Creativity to go beyond current processes to deliver best solution to the problem or opportunity

Education & Experience
Bachelor's required. BASc/BS in technical field (statistics, engineering, analytics, business economics).
