The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and key milestones, manage resources, anticipate and mitigate risks, and drive projects to completion.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize development and release processes. Design, implement, and drive adoption of best practices and tools to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Establish key performance indicators and metrics, collect and analyze data, and use insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across engineering teams, product management, and other functions, and communicate, influence decisions, and manage expectations.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, stay current with industry trends and best practices in engineering productivity and software release management.
