As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage the multiple team program portfolios and collaborate with partners across YouTube to drive complex cross-team priorities through the product development life-cycle. Manage risks and dependencies and facilitate quick escalations as needed.
  • Establish operational best practices to drive efficiencies that scale. Involve and lead in aiming, planning, and execution.
  • Leverage the continuous process improvement methodology to execute define/iterate processes and improve execution, velocity and productivity as the team continues to scale.
  • Support the team with all required elements of planning and delivery, using the knowledge of project methodologies including tools and techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with management and broader organization on schedules, priorities, and program status. Demonstrated thought leadership in Engineering velocity, best practices, budget and capacity resource management.
