Technical Program Manager - Scrum Master
Full-Time, Onsite in Brickell, Miami, FL

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager/Scrum Master to join our agile development team. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration, ensuring successful project execution, and delivering high-quality software products on time. Your role will involve facilitating scrum ceremonies, coaching the team on agile best practices, and acting as a liaison between the team, product owner, stakeholders, and management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage all Jira processes, reporting, and dashboards for the engineering team.
  • Track and communicate the team's progress, velocity, and sprint goals using appropriate tools and metrics.
  • Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress and performance.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across various teams, ensuring a unified approach to program delivery.
  • Coach the team on agile best practices, self-organization, and cross-functionality.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them as necessary.
  • Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet established standards and requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and organization.
  • Regularly communicate program status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
Skills & Requirements:
  • 10+ years of proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a strong background in software development or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, Jira, Trello, etc.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle, testing, and quality assurance processes.
