The successful candidate will apply their passion and understanding for the Maritime and offshore industry to engage plan, conduct and manage customer engagements to identify solution needs and offerings. The TSAM will identify, develop, drive, report, present and win profitable business opportunities, by collaborating externally and internally with supporting experts, functions and stakeholders!

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Contributing to our continued positive momentum of ambitious revenue & profitability growth targets as well as support increase of customer satisfaction from existing and new customer base in North America with a key focus on the Gulf Coast Area
  • Actively cover multiple customer accounts representing the present, and future, full value chain of the Service/Lifecycle Solutions business portfolio in the Business
  • Define, support and follow-up offers and actively participate in development, presentation and contract closing with clients, and participate in full sales process until handover to execution teams
  • Through CRM tools keep close track on accounts, opportunities and activities
  • Identify relevant portfolio offerings that can help customers operational aspects
  • Self-motivating and sets clear targets and goals and not satisfied with the status quo
What You Bring
  • A degree in Electrical, Automation, Marine Engineering and Technology Management or equivalent and a strong understanding of the maritime industry is required; A strong technical understanding of Electrical and Automation systems on Ships and vessels and previous seafaring and/or offshore experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of marine and offshore industry experience is required; solid experience in technical sales, account management is strongly preferred; Candidates with more years of experience may be eligible for a more senior level position
  • Must be willing to travel up to 40% of the time both regionally inside North America and occasionally internationally
  • Broad customer network in maritime and offshore community and bringing a consistent track record of building customer networks and winning business is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge, understanding and ability to clearly articulate technical aftermarket solutions and its value propositions, within Electrification, Automation, and Digitalization concepts.
  • Commitment to achieving results with a strong customer consulting and solution mentality by creating demand for solutions and services.
